How long does my order take to ship?

Ceramic materials are very fragile. BNP Pottery will ship items as quickly as possible. Priority will be taken on careful packaging over quickly getting your purchase out.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time BNP Pottery only ships within the contiguous 48 United States. This will hopefully change in the future.

What is your return policy? 

HOW TO RETURN

BNP Pottery guarantees that all ceramics leave the studio in excellent condition ready to be put to use or on display. Products are packaged with care but sometimes things break.

Upon opening your order please be sure to check that there are no cracks that have occurred in transit. BNP Pottery will replace ceramics that have been broken in transit. If your items arrived damaged, please follow the steps below:

  • Retain all original packaging as proof of your order being broken in transit

  • Take a picture of your item with its original post packaging showing the damage

  • Notify BNP Pottery within 24 hours of receiving your package

  • Send an email titled:

    BROKEN IN TRANSIT #_ _ _ _(invoice number) to brentenpetersen@bnppottery.com

    Attach your photo, briefly explain the problem and include your Full Name and best contact number.

  • BNP Pottery must be notified within 24 hours of delivery status for parcel tracking so please make sure you notify us immediately.

    No exchanges, returns, or refunds, for any reason other than those listed above.
